Our Return Policy

We, here at the Green Store, value your business and look forward to serving you. Please let us know immediately if you are not satisfied with a product!

We accept returns if the following guidelines are met:
1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Have your store receipt in hand.
3. Get a return authorization for items over $100 from the store before making your return.
4. Return your purchase in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, warranty papers, etc.

We will reimburse you the same way you paid us. A 10% restocking fee plus the actual cost of shipping applies to all returns over $100, unless the items were defective or shipped in error.
